　　We are seeking a Tech Project Manager who embraces challenges and is a motivated self-starter. This position will be an integral part of a diverse team of professionals and subject matter experts fulfilling challenging technical requirements for Family of Special Operations Vehicles (FOSOV) customers. The project manager will support both urgent short duration projects and longer term requirements. Project team activities include system design, procurement, fabrication, integration, testing and evaluation, installation, and fielding support for communication platforms.

　　This position is located in Chesapeake, VA. There is no relocation assistance available for this position. Applicants must be currently residing in or state willingness to relocate self to Chesapeake, VA or surrounding areas.

　　Required Education, Experience, & Skills

　　Bachelor's Degree and at least 4 years of related experience or Associate Degree and at least 8 years of related experience

　　Ability to demonstrate professionalism, effective communication, leadership and problem-solving skills

　　Excellent verbal and written communication skills

　　Highly adaptable with a high degree of initiative

　　Ability to initiate, prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously

　　Proficient with Microsoft Office, to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project

　　Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

　　Familiarity with military and DoD customer organizations

　　Familiarity or experience with tactical military communications systems

　　Technical Project management experience

　　Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

　　Pay Information

　　Full-Time Salary Range: $81500 - $138600

　　Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
