　　SME Foreign language Analyst

　　Serves as the expert strategic planner to conduct environmental scan, review and align strategic plans to the mission, vision, objectives, and prioritiesConducts scenario-based planning and develops plausible future operating environments for ODNIResponds to Congressional taskingsGuides HC policy developmentDevelops input for the Consolidated Intelligence GuidanceProvides budgetary support for CBJB inputPrepares IC CHCO Offsite agendas/coordinate activitiesInteracts with IC Agency CHCOs, to include DNI

　　Clearance Required: Active/current TS/SCI with Polygraph.

　　MUST be US Citizen

　　Interfaces: Variety of Leads and 18 IC Agencies

　　Processes/Activities: Policy development, Writing reports, Communications, CBJB, CIG, Workforce Initiatives

　　Tools: MS Office

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　Ten years of experience and a M.A./M.S. degree (or 18 years with a B.A./B.S. or 24 years with no degree).

　　Pay Range:

　　Pay Range $108,550.00 - $196,225.00
