　　We are hiring a full-time Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Chatime on Carleton University campus. Reporting to the Manager of the location, our Supervisors are responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the unit, working with the team on the ground, and ensuring a high level of customer service.

　　About the Job

　　Supervise and direct the prompt, efficient and friendly serving of all food and beveragesDirect staff to complete appropriate tasks; adjust tasks as required Keep location properly stocked to ensure the smooth operation of the unitWork quickly and independently to resolve operational issues when necessary, ensuring proper follow up with ManagerParticipate in all fields of administrative work, including but not limited to: opening/closing duties, cleaning checklists, tracking sales and service statistics nightly, and maintenance logsCoach and motivate staffAssist in the training and development of staffEnsure adherence to all of Aramark Policies and ProceduresMay perform other job duties as required

　　Work experience in the food service industry as a supervisor an assetSolid understanding and practical knowledge of retail service business principles and service etiquetteEffective team management experienceA proactive approach toward day-to-day activities and shifting demandsKnowledgeable with POSExceptional interpersonal, and communication skillsPerform well under pressure; manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyExcellent customer service skills

　　The selected candidate for this position will need to complete and successfully pass a Criminal Background Check.
