  Boeing Engineering Center is currently seeking a First-Line Manager (K Level) to join our PIE Liaison Team in Kyiv, Ukraine.

  Responsibilities:

  Responsible for developing project plans, directs all project phases, and acting as primary customer contact for project activities.

  Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.

  Implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals.

  Acquires resources for projects and processes coordinates the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as a liaison between project and team, finance, sourcing, and scheduling.

  Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports.

  Manages via project deliverables, all technical and functional staff assigned to the project.

  Identify and manage actively opportunities, risks, and issues to ensure effective resolution or mitigation, and coordinate required activities to ensure successful delivery.

  Identify and manage project dependencies and the associated critical path(s).

  Track and report project status relative to the approved business case and scope, with transparency and insight into the overall health of the project.

  Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and Presentations.

  Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results and investigate problem areas.

  Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.

  Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout the project life cycle.

  Effectively run Project meetings from project kick-off to Post-implementation Review ensuring all stakeholders meet their responsibilities.

  Basic Qualification (Preferred Skills/Experience):

  A high Education Diploma is a must (Technical or aerospace is preferable)

  Upper Intermediate English is a must

  Existing rights to work in Ukraine

  2+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and /or informal leadership role

  Extensive Project Management experience

  Highly competent in using MS Office products in general.

  Preferred Qualification (Desired Skills/Experience) :

  5+ years of experience in aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing environment

  Relocation:

  This position does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense. Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.

  Important information regarding this requisition:This requisition is for a locally hired position in UKRAINE. Benefits and pay are determined at the local level and are not part of Boeing U.S. based payroll.

  Typical Education/Experience:

  Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master +3 years related work experience).
