About the Role This role will directly support the company’s financial transformation initiatives by adapting technology to match business processes through system administration and change management. The individual will work closely with the Financial Systems team to support end users and maintain existing business software while also acting as a key contributor on various technical enhancement projects. The primary focus will be on Coupa, NetSuite, and all related applications.
The ideal candidate is an avid learner with a hunger for knowledge and driven by curiosity. They have a passion for efficient systems and thoughtful design. This individual should be comfortable conducting information gathering across all areas of the organization and should have the ability to synthesize that information into clear business process documentation. This role requires prior experience with both Coupa and NetSuite administration, a basic understanding of financial accounting, and a firm understanding of data fundamentals.
Responsibilities Administration of Coupa, NetSuite, and other financial applications. Provide Tier-1 support for end-user service request tickets while enforcing process controls. Serve as a SME project resource on multiple initiatives across various teams (implementation projects, integrations, system enhancements, data stewardship, etc.). Conduct end-user training and update knowledgebase articles. Act as a liaison between Finance, Technology, Data, and other cross-functional teams. Assist in project management with third-party vendors and consulting teams. Coordinate scheduling and communications for system upgrades and deployments. Identify process efficiencies and make recommendations on process improvements. Document policies, procedures, and training materials. Qualifications 6+ years of experience in a related field Experience working with both NetSuite and Coupa software is required Experience with at least one large-scale implementation project Strong communicator across audiences of various size and levels of the organization Comfortable with constructive conflict and outcome-focused debate Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve ad hoc requests Accounting/finance related experience preferred Experience supporting integrations is a plus Experience with JavaScript/SuiteScript is a plus Understanding of Accounting and Security controls Experience with M&A activities (process adaptation, data migration, etc.) is preferred but not required Benefits The base salary range for this role is $100,000 to $140,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
