Job Overview
TE Connectivity's Financial Planning & Analysis Teams develop, interpret and implement financial concepts for financial planning and control. They perform technical analysis to determine present and future financial performance. They gather, analyze, prepare and summarize recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, trended future requirements and operating forecasts. The Financial Planning & Analysis Teams also perform economic research and studies in the areas of rates of return, depreciations, working capital requirements, investment opportunities, investment performance and impact of governmental requirements.
Your responsibilities
Full ownership of Financial Controlling over the dedicated part of the businessBudgeting, monthly forecasting and month-end reporting (overseeing strategic reserves, inventory reconciliations) Business partnership for manufacturing and support areas of the businessCost out calculationsCapital Projects financial attractiveness assessmentProduct costing and SAP set-ups. Margin control. Cost estimations for new products and processes and necessary cost revisions for existing products and processes,Overseeing costs of the product families during their lifecycle, including savings and margin erosion factors
What your background should look like:
A University Degree in Accounting, Economics or Finance. ACCA/CIMA qualifications would be an additional assetExperience in Management Accounting in manufacturing environmentGood analytical and interpersonal skillsFluent English and strong excel skills (using advanced functionalities)Working understanding of financial integrated systems (preferably SAP)Ability to build and maintain good relationshipWillingness for self-development and ambition to reach the next career steps within the organization
