About Finance Transformation Manager

  Overview

  This role is part of the Global Transformation Finance team and will focus on several transformation projects supporting all Corporate functions and reports into the Senior Finance Manager.

  This role is a hybrid role based out of our Purchase, NY HQ and requires coming into the office 3 days a week.

  Responsibilities

  Support Corporate C&B Transformation agenda through enhancements around planning, forecasting, and reporting of Comp & Benefits across all functions Develop standardized practices across headcount planning to ensure consistency and accuracy across functions Support new HBS COE team on building MOSAIC capability and identifying required system enhancementsCo ordinate with global MOSAIC team on system enhancement implementation for the Corporate Cube.Coordinate with the function business finance team, new COE team at HBS and forecast to close team at MBS to embed the new standard process for Corporate functions and new ways of working . Partner closely with Corp FP&A team to ensure accurate P&L reporting and adherence to processes Develop an understanding of different global functions financial objectives to effectively play a key role as a business partner Create and maintain relationships with clients ensuring a business partner relationship with all of them Support budget owners each period on reviewing and investigating significant variances to plan/forecast and taking course correction actions for balance of year

  Qualifications

  Minimum Qualifications:

  Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting with strong preference for Masters degree 8 plus years of relevant finance experience including Transformation projectsStrong FP&A and G&A skills and experience of forecasting and planning cycles Proficient in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling) and PowerPoint with the ability to quickly learn various in-house software applications Skilled at collaborating across cross-functional teams and with a multicultural experience Team Work and Leadership/Coaching capabilities (Experience managing direct reports preferred)

  Preferred Qaulifications:

  Ability to work as a team player and support cross functional teams IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) or similar multi dimensional financial Cube experience highly preferred Strong attention to detail; highly organized, with exceptional project planning and time management skills Results-oriented, able to complete assignments in a timely and accurate manner, and manage multiple priorities Adaptable to multi-cultural environment and off-shore ways of working across time zones Strong ability to influence and work through others to effectively navigate matrixed organization while ensuring that necessary stakeholders are informed Service profile Continuous improvement mentality Ability to handle high-volume multiple priorities under pressure and be self motivating

  Compensation and Benefits

  The expected compensation range for this position is between $98,700 - $165,150 based on a full-time schedule.Location confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out Annually.Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan
