What You'll Be Doing:
Demand creation - Using your experience in the electronic components industry to define critical markets and new customers in the assigned sales territory.Promoting and selling the Value Add, Supply Chain, and Full Life Cycle programs offered by Arrow.Planning your sales strategy and developing key internal and external relationships to a ensure strong foundation for solution selling.Establishing and fostering relationships with customers to win design opportunities and deal with existing business challenges.Ensuring customer satisfaction related to supply chain management and other value-added services.Developing strategic plans for all assigned accounts, selling, and marketing the full set of Arrow offerings incorporating in-depth knowledge of Arrow's key supplier lines.Experience preparing comprehensive internal quarterly business reviews (iQBR), presenting strategic plans and implementation steps to grow sales, demand creation and improve customer service, and ability to lead regular QBRs with major customers that unlock additional sales opportunities.This job profile requires the assignment and participation in a sales compensation plan. A portion of OTE will be variable and tied to specific sales-related goals as set forth by Arrow.This is a hybrid schedule (1 day in office, 4 days remote)New hires are expected to be in person for the initial 8 weeks of onboarding, once this period is completed, employee will then move to hybrid.
What We're Looking For:
A bachelor's degree preferred, plus 5-7 years of field sales experience.Electronics Industry experience preferred.Innovative self-starters who are willing to challenge the status quo.Experience interacting with vendors and customers in a technical and engineering environment.Knowledge and experience working with CRMs and ERPs.Experience working with Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$101,000.00 - $155,833.13
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
