As the CS Site Operations Manager, reporting directly to the CS Site Manager, you will be responsible for the safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation of our OH factories, the successful commissioning of new and transferred technologies and the support of construction ramps. A core expectation of this role is ensuring all CS activity and Construction conducted within the Fabs and Supporting Facilities is conducted in adherence to world class Safety and Quality Management Systems.

The Intel Ohio greenfield CS Site Operations Manager responsibilities will also include:
Stakeholder management at all levels of the organization.Ensure all systems are Ops ready and integrated to operation per project schedule.Successful transition of new systems/equipment to sustaining.Ensure appropriate planning by disciplines in preparation for the flawless execution of system shakedowns.Comprehend the criticality of system reliability, availability, and outages.Quickly address operational and performance issues using disciplined problem solving and task force methodologies.Report and drive relevant and well-managed performance metrics KPIs.Build relationships with Fab Sort Manufacturing (FSM), CS Technology Development (TD), Fab Construction Enterprise (FCE) and other stakeholders as well as external suppliers.Discipline responsibility for capacity commissioning and technology transfer partnership with the Program Managers for multiple large and small projects.Lead the CS facilities teams in taskforce situations such as safety events operational impacts etc.Operate the safe reliable and cost-effective Ohio site factories, associated support buildings, and infrastructure.Co-leading a team of Area Managers for the following CS facilities discipline groups: mechanical exhaust/process/HVAC, Ultra-Pure Water, Industrial Waste Systems, Water Reclaim and Treatment, Chemical and Gases, Life Safety Systems, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Controls.Establish standards and agreements to ensure the disciplines and Area Managers are aligned as a single organization that adds value to Intel through:Role model and ensure world-class safety values.Relentless pursuit of system reliability and operational excellence.Attract and retain talent including staffing plans and year-round people management.Own cost-focused efforts to ensure accurate forecasts spends and cost-saving goals.Relevant and well-managed performance metrics KPIs.Create relationships with FSM, TD, FCE and other stakeholders as well as external suppliers.Discipline responsibility for capacity commissioning and technology transfer partnership with the Program Managers for multiple large and small projects.Address operations and performance issues by using disciplined problem-solving and task force methodologies.

Final location for this role will be the Ohio site, with an interim location identified and negotiated with an offer, until the Ohio office premises are available.
Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field with 10+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing process engineering, manufacturing facility engineering, and operations, or manufacturing facility construction.2+ years of Process Transfer experience as an Engineer or System Owner in at least two disciplines/modules, including design/construction/commissioning experience.5+ years of people management organizational and employee development.1+ years of Process Transfer experience as an Engineer or System Owner in at least two disciplines/modules, including design/construction/commissioning experience.4+ years of people management organizational and employee development.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in an Engineering field with 8+ years' experience in semiconductor manufacturing process engineering, manufacturing facility engineering, and operations, or manufacturing facility construction.5+ years of experience with construction contracts, procurement methodologies and, construction projects.
