The Facilities Commissioning Manager role will be focused on providing commissioning services on a variety of complex manufacturing support systems to verify compliance with project design and installation specifications. The Commissioning Manager will lead a multi-disciplinary project team to execute a project specific commissioning plan which will include reviewing and verifying systems design, installation, functional performance and reliability, and conveyance to the sustaining operations team. The candidate will focus on design optimization, inter-operability of systems and system maintainability to enhance efforts in building and systems performance, reliability, health, sustainability, and energy consumption reduction.
This is an onsite position at our campus in New Albany, Ohio and relocation assistance will be provided. Training assignments may be required at other domestic or international locations.
As a Facilities Commissioning Manager your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Work with technical and subject matter experts to support and prepare commissioning process documentation in accordance with company guidelines.Develop written and graphical materials to support the documentation of systems start-up sequencing and solutions to work arounds to maintain project schedule.Manage team members of the core commissioning team.Develop, administer, interpret, and publish key performance indicators for senior project management.Develop and maintain the project commissioning software platform.Interpret multi-discipline construction documents and identify potential issues contained within.Schedule and publish the equipment and systems start-up sequence of events.Review and track commissioning related RFI's, issues, submittals.Develop and manage client training plan and ongoing commissioning plans.Build and drive safety Culture of Caring in every business environment, office to the construction sites, and from front-end planning to construction execution.

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Position not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
Minimum Qualifications:
The candidate must possess at least one of the following:
Bachelor's degree of Science in Engineering or related field with 6+ years of experience in project Facilities Commissioning Management or Equipment Startup in support of major high tech construction projects.
10+ years of experience in Facilities Commissioning or Equipment Startup in support of major high-tech construction projects will be considered in lieu of a degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
10+ years of semiconductors experience
6+ years of experience with:
Semiconductor fabrication building HVAC mechanical systems, BAS systems, energy analysis and performance contracting Equipment and system P/IDs understanding, specifications, and drawings and identifying field discrepancies for resolution.Cleanroom systems, toxic gas monitoring, fire/life safety, security, process chemical, bulk gas distribution, spec gas distribution and delivery, chemical delivery systems, process mechanical, plumbing, lighting, MV electrical, LV electrical, HVAC and automation systems.BCxA CCP, ACG CxA or ASHRAE BCxP certification
