Duties and Responsibilities:
Acts as document controller of Facilities and Maintenance Department to do the following:
Update and organize applicable procedure both hard copy and soft copy.In-charge of all ISO related and Permit Documentation of Facilities Department.
Monitor all critical spare parts of the Department and issue needed PR for processing and prevent depletion. Also, conduct monthly physical inventory of items for confirmation of stocks.
Processing and Follow-Up of Needed Permit from the following agencies:
PEZADOLEDENRDFALLDAFDAPDEABFPPNPBOCFPIPBIRNBIDOELocal Government Units (LGU)Other Government Agency
Liaise with above agency to submit report and obtain receiving copyLiaise with the above agency to clarify the needed on the ongoing permit applicationLiaise with the above agency to discuss pending requirements of the facilityPrepare list and Monitoring of Government Needed Permits and Licenses to ensure on-time renewal and application.
Coordinate with designated TE Employee the requirements needed to comply and secure the permits/licenses necessary for plant's operation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of any 4 year course with minimum 3 years experience in office administration, document control, spare parts management and can act as liaison Officer in a for the processing and follow up of PEZA, DOLE, DENR, DOE,,etc, and other regulatory agency permit. Confident with good communication skills to express his/her idea accurately in an ethical manner. Highly organized, systematic with good documentation skills. Pro-active with good leadership skill set.
