The Boeing Global Services (BGS) US Navy Finance team is seeking an Experienced Business Unit Integrator (Financial Analyst) in Hazelwood, Missouri, responsible for the Long-Range Business Plan (LRBP), Estimates at Complete, financial forecasting, and performance reporting for a number of contracts within the P-8 program.
A successful candidate will have strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills as well as knowledge of long-range business plan, financial forecasting, and estimates at complete. Experience in Estimating or Contracts & Pricing also a plus.
Position Responsibilities:
Overall Responsibility, Accountability, and Authority (RAA) for Estimates at Complete on a number of P-8 Training contracts, including robust opportunity and risk development
Development of the annual long-range business plan (LRBP) and monthly financial forecasting
Drive increased financial performance to meet long range business plan (LRBP) and assess financial implications on profit and loss (P&L)
Establishes strong partnerships and collaborative relationships with internal and external customers, stakeholders, and peers
Provide financial guidance and leadership to new business campaigns and sole source pursuits
Support Executive briefings and special assignments/actions as required
This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in finance, accounting, business or related field
1+ years of experience communicating and to employees, customers, peers and multiple levels of leadership
1+ years of experience in a Finance, Accounting, Business or related role
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with senior executives, customers, stakeholders, peers and business partners
Experience with LRBP, forecast, and EAC processes
Experience with team building and simplification strategies
Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

Summary pay range: $83,700 - $102,000
