　　About the role:

　　Reporting to the Executive Search Leader, the Executive Search Partner will support hiring of senior level executives (Vice President and above). You will use your strategic and consultative skills to source, attract and secure the best talent from both internal and external sources. You will be a trusted advisor on external market talent trends and provide innovative recruitment solutions to support the business goals.

　　This position will collaborate with the Senior Executive Search Partner to execute VP and above roles in the North America Region. As a key member of the search team, will lead internal search engagements and support Senior Search Partner on external engagements with an emphasis on strategy development, research, outreach and initial candidate assessment.

　　Preference is for the role to be hybrid in Franklin Lakes, NJ. Will consider remote option with travel for an individual in the Northeast.

　　Main responsibilities will include:

　　Engage with high-potential talent to showcase our company's leadership opportunities.Support the full search process across a complex and matrixed organization.Leverage research to identify executive talent for current and future roles.Use competency based interviewing techniques to qualify candidates.Write candidate summaries and develop search update reports.

　　Qualifications:

　　Previous experience in a retained search firm, recruiting across multiple functional areas preferredIn-house corporate recruiting experience desiredDemonstrated success in the identification, targeting and cultivation of VP level candidatesAbility to prioritize multiple initiatives simultaneously with strong project management skillsExcellent interpersonal, organizational, and influencing skills, to work with executive level leaders from a diverse set of backgroundsExperience with Candidate Relationship Management software
