Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities:
1. End to end management of leadership hiring and pipeline projects. This includes:
developing thoughtful recruitment strategies underpinned by labor market insights and your own expertise;advising and consulting with senior leaders regarding workforce trends, competitor insights, executive candidate expectations to influence and enable us to attract the best.prospect identification and engagement;behavioral interviewing and assessment, proposing shortlisted talent and providing advice on candidate selection;managing candidate relationships, ensuring exceptional candidate experience, performing referencing, offer proposal, negotiation and close of finalists.
2. Continuous improvement of the executive talent acquisition function:
Developing and embedding innovative and forward-thinking practices in strategic recruiting methodologies to attract executive talent aligned with Kimberly-Clark's ambitions, values and critical capability needs.Actively engaging with our internal partners to gain insight, elevate our processes, and collaborate to deliver results, e.g: Talent Management, Rewards, Inclusion & Diversity, HR PartnersManaging search firms as needed, as part of an overall executive sourcing strategy
3. Subject Matter Expertise:
The executive search consultant will continuously develop thorough research and talent intelligence on executives and executive-ready talent at competitors, target companies and industry segments and will be a subject matter expert on recruiting strategies to meet the needs of Kimberly-Clark various business segments.
The executive recruiter captures and communicates market trends, industry information, or other applicable intelligence to executive management in support of overarching talent sourcing strategy work.

About You

Essential Requirements:
8+ years recruiting experience with at least 3 years working on Executive level projects. Experience in retained search firm or a combination or retained search + insourced Executive Search team.Strong business acumenGrowth mindset, learning agility.Demonstrated success in a fast-paced environment, make quick decisions and work with highly confidential information; Superior project and time management skills, continuously balancing and prioritizing multiple projects and competing demands.Excellent communication skills shown through clear, structured and concise written and verbal presentation.Engaging style with the ability to establish rapport quickly, develop credibility and trusting relationships at all levels. Strong influencing and negotiation skillsTechnical acumen and data rigor. Leverages systems and tools to manage projects and candidate relationships. Adheres to defined processes, practices and service deliverables in real time.Strong sourcing expertise and practices. Prioritizes prospect engagement, seeks out hidden pools of talent, continuously captures market, competitor and prospect research.Trained and practiced in behavioral based interviewing and assessment techniques.Collaborative style characterized by transparency, teamwork, flexibility. Provides coaching and counseling to other recruiters and team members.Flexibility to be available to candidates and internal customers outside the normal workday.Travel approximately 10-25% of the time.
