Summary:
This position will be responsible for providing a high degree of quality communication between visitors/guest, board members and employees. The Executive Office Coordinator is accountable for ensuring that the front desk runs smoothly, efficiently and reflects the company's culture and values. Ability to show trustworthiness and handle confidential information. She/he will support other executive assistants by multi-tasking with confidence, organizational ability and professionalism.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent.Ability to manage a multi phone line system and multi-task.5 years Office/Administration experience required with progressive responsibilities.Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel are also required.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Ability to speak, understand and read English at a business level.Familiar with Cook Children's Administration a real plus
