What will you be doing?
WWT's SC&E Digital team delivers insight-driven products, platforms and experiences. We move with the nimbleness of a start-up and the scale of a global consultancy. Purpose-built to solve seemingly impossible challenges with speed, precision and human connection. We have 4 key solution offerings: Purpose-Built Products (mobile apps, websites, digital platforms), Unified Commerce, Emerging Experiences (AR/VR/Metaverse) and Advanced Operational Intelligence (data science, analytics) .
The Executive Client Partner -- Digital Solutions will identify and close custom and proprietary products, platforms, and experiences across targeted verticals and solution sets. You will bring ideas and innovation to net new customer relationships in areas such as: Purpose-Built Products and Platforms, Unified eCommerce, Omni-Channel and Emerging Experiences, and Advanced Operational Intelligence. As such, you will partner effectively with the cross functional teams within WWT to formulate and drive an all-encompassing strategy from an idea to a business outcome. You will be expected to strategically drive WWTs end-to-end vision for our customers, as well as maintain an in-depth understanding of competitive conditions, industry practices, market opportunities, and customer requirements. Day to day responsibilities will include building meaningful relationships, leading customer meetings, and bringing customer requests to the WWT Digital Intake Team for scoping. The ability to listen, learn and understand broad solutions is required as you look to provide value to our customers.

Originate, qualify, and close new opportunitiesCreate value for new customers from idea to outcomeBuild a growth strategy, creating short and long-term plans based on research and a deep understanding of business and industry trendsFocus on profitable revenue generation for new business in Digital servicesBe a thought leader in new business and customer experience challenges, trends, and solutionsLeverage WWT resources and partnerships to develop and present business cases for critical opportunities to support new customer decision and planning processesFoster teamwork, build relationships, and develop internal and external alignment
Qualifications
Experience in new business and closing for a digital agency or consultancySignificant business relationships with senior client executives in large, matrixed enterprisesSelf-starter with ability to build new relationships and close dealsCritical skills necessary include account planning with an extended team, calling at all levels with customer's organization, and managing partner relationships10 years' progressive experience in a related field, including professional services and digital solutionsSuccessful track record of new business, including digital and/or customer experience strategies and campaignsExperience in closing deals that include significant process change, technology implementations, process outsourcing, and/or technology outsourcingStrong consideration given to those with experience and executive relationships in the following industries: Quick Serve Restaurant, Grocery, Convenience Store, and Travel and HospitalityTravel- esimated 50%
