Managing schedules and calendars: This involves organizing appointments, meetings, and events, and ensuring that all necessary arrangements are made.
2. Handling correspondence: This includes managing emails, letters, and phone calls, and responding to inquiries or forwarding messages to the appropriate parties.
3. Making travel arrangements: This involves booking flights, hotels, transportation and preparing itineraries for business trips or personal vacations.
4. Conducting generic research: This may involve gathering information on various topics, preparing reports, or assisting with projects that require data analysis.
5. Assisting with administrative tasks: This can include managing expenses, maintaining records, preparing documents, and handling other administrative duties as needed.
6. Providing support during meetings: This may involve taking notes, preparing meeting materials, and ensuring that all necessary equipment and resources are available. RRT and BM meetings should be organized by her/him autonomously and efficiently.
7. Representing a landmark both for the regional office team and the affiliates' ones and the point of contact for any personal/professional need as well as a filter between the VP/GM and the Corporate organization.
