We are searching for an experienced, reliable, detail-oriented Senior Executive Assistant Business Partner (EABP) to be part of the team. The Senior EABP will support Intuit's Executive Vice President, Corporate Strategy. The Senior EABP will be responsible for performing a wide variety of administrative duties and quickly build context and understanding of the leader's priorities in service to ensure that they are able to spend time on the most important things. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, professional, proactive, collaborative, willing to learn, and capable of managing their workload as well as their executives' workloads while prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Typically supports an EVP and/or C-level executive who is responsible for a major function/segment and acts as a liaison to EVP's direct staff for complex organizationAdapts to accommodate commitments in a global environmentDrives op mechs with direction and guidance with operational rigor and provides guidance to the broader teamMay have EABP site leader responsibilities across BU/FGMay provide cross-functional support to groups outside of BU/FG with a global mindsetPlans and manages a project end-to-end from initiation through delivery; directs and provides support and expertise to the project team as well as influences stakeholdersDrives and is accountable for the definition of project scope, schedule and budget required to achieve defined objectivesLeads several medium-to-large projects at a timeEnsures there is a clear project sponsor before work gets underwayDevelops strong relationships with project sponsors, often senior leadership teamInstrumental in ensuring that the right cross-organizational team members are in place to achieve project successImproves upon existing processes and defines new processes necessary to ensure successful execution and control of the projectIn partnership with others, responsible for planning and leading complex, multiple global site, segment/platform events and site-specific team events such as all hands, town halls, off-sites and social campus-wide gatheringsLeads and drives their own BU/FG EABP community and is also an active member of the Intuit EABP communityMay participate in the overall coordination of Intuit EABP community initiativesAccountable for seamless execution of all events end-to-endAccountable for understanding and adhering to the travel policies when leading complex travel arrangements for multiple executives (domestic and international)Manages agenda, prepares travel docs, coordinates E2E travel plans and proactively manages and solves for disruptions in travel plansOwns the passport and visa process E2E in partnership with external travel vendorAn active member of SLT, which includes full participation and deliverables as it pertains to the organizationResponsible for organizing agendas at direction of executive and ensures meeting decks/documents are prepared, disseminates meeting notes, shares pertinent information and follows up and tracks action itemsKey contributor to meeting preparation which includes organizing with SLT; schedules walk through meetings and overall E2E coordination on audio/visual logisticsPartner with other stakeholders to plan, organize and execute meetings/events by taking responsibility for business op mechs and assembling the agenda, location, logistics and technology at the BU/FG levelKey driver of future planning, looks ahead and anticipates business needs at the BU/FG level.Accountable for understanding and adhering to the expense policyProactively collects documentation for all expense reports, provides support with PO creation/accruals, checkRequests and follow upResponsible for pulling reports and analyzing data to make informed decisionsMonitors and manages project budgets to ensure company guidelines are metResponsible for tracking spend on headcount, contractor dollars and specific programsRequires high levels of judgment/innovation/creativity to execute and resolve most issues at handProactively works directly with stakeholders with little to no approvals required from leadersEffectively prioritizes own work and operates with autonomy and discretion regarding operating mechs for the organization
What you'll bring

How you will lead
Deliver exceptional administrative support to Executive; quickly build context and understanding of the leader's priorities in service to ensure that they are able to spend time on the most important things. Support high priority projects and requestsPartner closely with Intuit's Corporate Strategy's Chief of Staff and Business Operations team to support and deliver an Operating System including leadership team meetings, priority reviews, All Hands meetings, off-site meetings, organizational events, etcServe as an inspirational leader of the EABP community to build connections and ensure coordinationPartner closely with Sr EABP peers in support of CEO Staff LeadersPartner across organizational boundaries to deliver outcomes with EABPs and othersBuild a keen understanding of the Corporate Strategy organization - the vision, business direction, and missionManage complex and detailed calendars, coordinate travel and arrangements, manage and reconcile expense reports and maintain organizational charts and email distribution listsTake initiative on researching, implementing, and improving systems and processes
