We are searching for an experienced Executive Assistant Business Partner (EABP 1) to provide administrative and operational support in the Office of the EVP/GM of Small Business and Self-Employed Group (SBSEG). This role will report to the Senior Manager, Business Partner to the EVP/GM.

Minimum of 6 years working at the executive administrative level, preferably supporting senior staff membersBachelor's degree preferred, but not requiredTechnically Savvy, particularly with Outlook (advanced), Google Sheets (intermediate), Google Doc (advance), Google Slides (intermediate), Concur. How you will lead
Scheduling specialist, assisting the senior manager, business partner of the EVP/GM, in managing the flow of the executive's schedule, through collaborative and proactive planning, reviewing aggregate scheduling demands, and actioning with guidance and speedEffectively share updates regularly to ensure alignment, projects are on track, and problem solve as neededMaintain and track key dates using shared documentsMaintains discretion and confidentiality Provide onsite administrative errand support for the EVP when in the office; collaborating with the admin support team Takes initiative researching, implementing, and improving systems and processes; have in-depth knowledge of company operations, policies, and procedures
Backup Support to Admins in the Office of the EVP/GM, including: Travel coordination and arrangements. Confirm bookings and document detailed information on the travel agenda and on the executive's calendar. Plan and support meetings, off-sites, and team motivation events. Create purchase orders. Manage and reconcile expense reports. Maintain organizational charts and email distribution lists
