Position Overview: The Product Management team in the Enterprise Systems & Experience (ESE) which is Autodesk's Information Technology (IT) organization is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant. This role will be a shared resource, responsible for providing high-level administrative support to a global team of 5 Directors while reporting directly to the Sr. Director of Product Management. Location: San Francisco/Bay Area Hybrid Remote
Responsibilities
Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel itineraries for the DirectorsBe a gatekeeper for engagement and prioritize communications to ensure efficient time management for the leadership teamSupport/Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documentsOrganize team meetings/events handling logistics and preparing meeting materials. May include items such as coordinating lunch, supporting dinner plans, and preparing team building activitiesProactively address issues to ensure smooth workflow for the leadersCollaborate with other executive assistants and administrative professionals to improve support tasks across the organization
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant within a large corporationPrior experience as an EA in a global High-Tech companyStrong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasksComfortable working across a Global team of Directors (majority in Bay Area)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant softwareAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $64,600 and $104,500. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
