In this exciting new role, you'll enhance and support our ESG client offering and deliver strategic ESG projects! You will bring your passion for incorporating environmental, social and governance considerations into investments and apply your communication and analytical skills to help deliver high quality ESG content and products for investors.
As an ESG Analyst, you will;Develop high quality ESG content for investors (e.g. marketing collateral, events, webinars).Deliver strategic projects to support our ESG client proposition, (e.g. upgrading ESG reporting, implementation of ESG regulation).Support a globally consistent process for managing the health of Vanguard's ESG products.Deliver analysis of strategic, competitive, client, and market issues relating to Vanguard's ESG investment product line-up.Act as a key source for knowledge on ESG industry developments and ESG research and data methodologies.Serves as a subject matter expert on Vanguard's ESG approach to ESG.Build and facilitate internal ESG training and communications.Develop and maintain key internal partner relationships across the organization to deliver on ESG initiatives.What it takes:
Proven experience in finance or research with background in the intersection of ESG and finance.Strong problem solver and analytical skills. Data analysis skills preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication.Is a self-starter and independently identifies and drives work.Able to build and develop a strong network across diverse partner teams.Flexibility and conscientious; comfortable handling a wide array of requests and tasks.Passionate about the opportunity to move the dial on ESG investing.Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
