　　Function Overview

　　GAF is seeking a SAP Senior Business/Data Analyst who has extensive MDM/MDG experience with a special focus on implementing SAP’s Business Partner and Materials domains. The Business Analyst will have the responsibility for eliciting business needs, performing detailed analysis and documentation, modeling processes, evaluating impacts, prioritizing business requests, and partnering with the project teams to ensure the successful delivery of new capabilities in support of Master Data Management in SAP S4 and extending the management of an established “golden record” to other interfacing applications.

　　Essential Duties

　　Solve complex business problems utilizing business process redesign for Master Data Management using available MDG and SAP S4 capabilities

　　Assess As-Is processes and develop new processes and/or business flows to leverage Master Data Management and MDG capabilities within S4 and beyond the ERP to interfacing applications that will consume/enrich Master Data.

　　Consult with data engineering team and functional unit owners and document a gap analysis of capabilities, requirements and needs against technology

　　Apply business process re-engineering methodologies for systems modernization

　　Develops new standard operating procedures documentation that reflects the new capabilities and processes

　　Prepare and present findings, recommendations, new operating models, and new workflows in consultation with the data engineering team

　　Creates methodology to measure process performance against established metrics

　　Responsible for completing assignments with the ability to work on 1-3 projects

　　Understands the business needs and requests, identifying solutions, gathering information, and translates these business needs into documented artifacts that are understandable to business and IT personnel alike

　　Work with the business users to analyze processes and system issues and turn them into actionable system changes that benefit the requesting party(s), improve efficiency in operations and overall performance

　　Collaborate with project teams and business partners during project planning, incremental software delivery reviews, and User Acceptance testing to ensure the software has been implemented based on the specifications.

　　Under This Roof, We Require

　　Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related majors.

　　10+ years of IT experience; preferably in enterprise Business-to-Business durableable goods, construction, or building materials manufacturing.

　　10+ years’ experience in systems analysis, data analysis and design of Master Data Management solutions

　　3+ years experience in implementing SAP and/or SAP MDG for Business Partner and/or Materials domains. Experience in additional domains is a plus.
