  ABOUT VOCERA

  Vocera, a Stryker company, pioneers communication solutions in healthcare. Focused on Aged Care, Vocera's platform ensures seamless communication, enhancing patient care and operational efficiency. As an Enterprise Account Manager, you'll drive Vocera's success in key aged care accounts.

  THE ROLE

  Manage and grow key aged care accounts, that contribute to over 50% of our installations and revenue. Foster relationships from the C-suite to facility levels, ensuring satisfaction, and driving growth. Based in NSW or QLD

  What You Will Do:

  Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with clients' business goals.Act as the primary point of contact, building trust at all levels within client organizations.Address customer satisfaction promptly and effectively.Identify opportunities to expand product offerings within key accounts.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions to meet clients' unique needs.Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets through upselling, cross-selling, and contract renewals.Establish and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives, department heads, and decision-makers.

  What You Need:

  Dedicated achievers, thriving in a fast-paced environment and will stop at nothing to ensure a project is complete and meets regulations and expectations.Strategic thinkers who enjoy analysing data or trends for the purposes of planning, forecasting, advising, budgeting, reporting, or sales opportunities.Proven capability to effectively achieve sales targets and drive long term business objectives.Negotiation, presentation and communication skills to effectively build relationships across numerous functions within aged care.Experience with building and or leveraging financial solutions to drive sales targets and meet customer needs.
