About Enterprise Account Executive, Sydney or Remote

  We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our APAC team who is driven, hard-working, and adaptable. This role will be instrumental in powering the Asana revenue engine through innovation & inspiration, consistently scaling our business and maximizing value for our customers. You'll join a talented team focused on helping our future customers understand and leverage the power of Asana.

  This role can either be fully remote depending on where you live in Australia, or based in our Sydney office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. If based in-office: Along with most Asanas, you’ll work from this office in person on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.   What you’ll achieve

  Define account plans and strategies that enable sales velocity in partnership with Sales Engineers, Inside Reps, Customer Success Managers, Professional Services and Exec Sponsors Navigate the enterprise to map stakeholders, build champions, generate buy-in and close deals with C-level decision makers Develop and leverage customer relationships to understand use cases, create demand and expand usage within new businesses, teams and departments Develop quarterly and annual territory plans to ensure you maximise revenue growth in your territory and exceed your customer and personal goals  Prove out top-down selling motions & methodologies Experiment with new processes that scale across Asana globally About you

  Experience in solution selling as an account executive in enterprise territory.  Technology experience is desirable but not essential Experience selling into large Enterprise accounts with solid Account Plans as well as a wide variety of Enterprise accounts with Territory Plans, both of which achieve and exceed an assigned financial plan Experience working with internal marketing, business, and product teams to find efficient paths to successful and profitable customers Impeccable customer skills: communication, empathy, integrity The ability to recognise and navigate organisational, financial and behavioral structures and obstacles Demonstrable experience developing territories and repeatable sales process Strong goal achievement mind and precise forecasting At Asana, we're committed to building teams that include a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills, as this is critical to helping us achieve our mission.   What we’ll offer

  Our comprehensive compensation package plays a big part in how we recognise you for the impact you have on our path to achieving our mission. We believe that compensation should be reflective of the value you create relative to the market value of your role. To ensure pay is fair and not impacted by biases, we're committed to looking at market value which is why we check ourselves and conduct a yearly pay equity audit. 

  For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $189,000 AUD - $241,000 AUD. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.

  In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
