　　At least 12 years of program, product, loss prevention, risk management experience in a relevant field in a technology context Experience driving large multi-functional efforts towards a single purpose Demonstrated ability to build project summaries, roadmaps, creative concepts, impact analysis and prioritization in order to influence stakeholders Outstanding communication and presentation skills to engineers, managers, and execs Sound technical foundation and a highly motivated self-starter Knowledge of software engineering standard methodologies and related dependencies Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire team members across a large cross functional with worldwide scope

　　We are looking for someone to drive, own, and deliver all aspects of large, multi-functional efforts and feature areas. Responsibilities include: - Partner with engineering teams throughout feature development from architecture, design, implementation, and validation. - Proactively identify, prioritize, and drive resolution to program issues. - Present and communicate new feature initiatives, top issues, risks, critical achievements to executive leadership. - Own the roadmap, priorities, prioritization, timelines, for technologies. - Help the team with ongoing improvements to the program management processes. - Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Operations, Marketing teams, and Loss Prevention teams. - Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and facilitate resolutions

　　Bachelors degree in engineering or a related field. Advanced degree in related field preferred.

　　At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $188,000 and $282,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
