　　The Employee Benefits Associate provides support to our employee benefits service team by performing tasks for the team to support the overall retention of accounts.

　　Responsibilities: Assist Account Representatives/Account Mangers/Account Executives with peering requests of client facing documents. Peer review basic marketing analysis (benefits and rates) for Benefit Analysts. Help facilitate and create employee guides for employers under the direction of assigned service staff. Assist service team members with updating HUB internal tracking system (Benefit Point) with client renewal information. Print and ship materials to clients for open enrollment or other scheduled meetings. Prepare Annual Legal Notices for clients. Request Benefit Summaries, SBC's and EOC's/COC's and save in client file. Make initial request for plan renewals from carriers or download from carrier websites. Performs other duties and projects as assigned. QUALIFICATUIONS: High School / GED 1-2 years administrative experience, HR experience or equivalent combination of education & experience The expected salary range for this position is $64,480 to $65,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope and level.
