  Job Description

  In this role, you will be maintaining equipment associated with the production, packaging and distribution of Kimberly-Clark products through preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance work.   In this role, you will provide support to assigned assets in the UCTAD Department. This role will receive day-to-day work direction from the area maintenance planners, with reporting responsibility to the Reliability Crew Leader. You will also:

  Assume reliability ownership for all assigned asset areasProvide technical support to facilities personnelPerform daily/weekly rounds and address equipment deficiencies identifiedActively seek component reliability improvementsWork closely with Operations and Engineering teams to implement process and equipment improvementsObtain the technical and process knowledge needed to support all Facility assetsProvide the Facilities Systems with electrical and mechanical technical support on Shift

As a manufacturing professional, you have strong electrical aptitude and deliver high value to your team by operating equipment at expected performance levels, and acting as a team player to exceed safety, productivity and quality goals.   Are 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United StatesHave a state and/or US Department of Education accredited high school diploma, GED Grade 12 certificateHave either a 2-year related technical degree and 3+ years of industrial electrical work experience or 5+ years of industrial electrical work experienceHave basic computer knowledge, mechanical aptitude and good math skillsAre able to maintain a work schedule of 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays and overtimeMust be willing to work nights, weekends, and respond to call-ins as required to resolve equipment failures and to support planned shut-downsCan pass a pre-employment assessment and a pre-employment drug + background screeningCan pass post-offer / pre-hire Physical Abilities Test (PAT)

  Other Qualifications and Skills Requirements

  The successful candidate will possess technical skills in as many of the following areas as possible:

  Effective utilizing SAP to locate and research component informationAbility to interpret P&ID's, Functional Specifications, and Instrumentation Loop drawingsCalibration of flow, pressure, temperature & level controllers controls, and control valvesKnowledge of Allen Bradley PLC's, software, and drivesKnowledge of networking and Communications softwareCan troubleshoot AC Drives, Motors, Encoder, and ResolverMill Power System EquipmentGeneral mechanical skills: including changing belts, bearings, and alignment jobsPossess general technical knowledge of mechanical systems
