Job DescriptionAs theElectrical Engineering Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading a team of engineers in the successful execution of various embedded system projects. Your key responsibilities will include;Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, set objectives, and establish milestones to ensure timely and efficient project delivery. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure smooth project execution from start to finish;Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure optimal project performance. Monitor resource utilization and make necessary adjustments to meet project requirements and deadlines;Budget and Cost Control: Manage project budgets, monitor costs, and ensure adherence to financial targets. Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to maximize project efficiency and profitability;Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact. Conduct regular risk assessments and implement appropriate measures to ensure project success and stakeholder satisfaction;Client Engagement: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements, address concerns, and provide regular project updates. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (advanced degree preferred);Proven experience in project management within the electrical engineering industry, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget;Strong technical knowledge of electrical engineering principles, systems, and technologies;Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire multidisciplinary teams;Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels;Proficiency in project management software and tools.Company Description
