Apple is looking for a collaborative, highly organized professional to design and deploy an EHS Risk Management Program supporting our Corporate, Retail, Data Centers, and Content Production operations. The ideal candidate will serve as a leader helping build EHS risk assessment strategies, train and coach risk assessment facilitators, deploy a technology solution designed to manage EHS risk data and information, and lead development of a global risk profile. The successful candidate is experienced identifying, assessing, and mitigating risk and has deep knowledge in communicating risk to employees and stakeholders. Additionally, the successful candidate should have training and experience conducting quantitative and qualitative risk assessments, managing Management of Change programs, coaching and mentoring others, ability to model data using Snowflake and Tableau, and knowledge regarding risk visualization tools such as bow tie methodology. The candidate will be knowledgeable regarding global EHS regulatory compliance. This position is committed to maintaining confidentiality and privacy. A demonstrated ability to effectively interact at all levels is essential.

10+ years of EHS experience including experience facilitating and documenting risk studies in multiple industries (including technology industry). Experience leading EHS efforts, including risk management, in California is required and experience outside of the US is a plus. The candidate has experience providing regulatory and technical support to sites. Highly self motivated and self managing Experienced performing internal corporate EHS audits and writing audit reports; training as an internal ISO auditor is desirable. People-oriented leadership through influence style that thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace Experience using Optial and Enablon Excellent writing skills - experienced writing standards and procedures within an EHS Management System Experience designing and executing an EHS Management System A proactive, outspoken, sense of urgency to problem solving Ability to manage multiple high priority projects simultaneously Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Flexible - this position requires work outside of routine office hours and global travel up to 25% of the time

- Lead development and deployment of an EHS Risk Management Program - Identify and train a global risk assessment team; coach and mentor risk assessors assuring consistent results - Deploy an IT solution serving as the single system-of-record housing risk information globally - Design and build an enterprise EHS risk profile - Serve on team designing and deploying Apple's EHS Management System - Serve as an internal corporate auditor - Coach internal EHS and business teams on risk identification and mitigation - Provide technical support when new facilities are designed and built; provide technical support to solve problems or continually improve operations globally

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $149,800 and $225,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
