  Are you ready to launch your career in insurance brokerage? Join our award-winning internship program!

  As a HUB Summer Intern you will be exposed to the vast career opportunities within the growing insurance brokerage industry. Working with our Commercial lines, Personal lines, Employee Benefits or Retirement & Private Wealth teams, you will learn about our business through on-the-job training, working closely with a variety of HUB team members to gain hands-on experience across Sales and Client Service.

Engage in the Speaker Series and connect with a national intern cohort for a comprehensive industry experience. Meaningful Projects: Contribute to impactful projects where your ideas and efforts are valued from day one. Collaborate with peers on a research topic and experience presenting your recommendations to an Executive Panel. Professional Development: Engage in workshops, seminars, and networking events designed to enhance your skills in communication, problem-solving, and leadership. Mentorship: Receive personalized guidance from mentors who will support your growth, answer your questions, and help you navigate the intricacies of the insurance landscape. Social Experience: Enjoy field trips, volunteer initiatives, and exciting events that foster camaraderie. Explore the industry beyond the office, give back to the community, and unwind with fellow interns during memorable activities Full-Time Pathway: Our program is strategically designed to identify and nurture exceptional talent. Outstanding interns will have the opportunity to transition into full-time roles upon graduation. This is a full-time, paid, 10-week internship.

  Day-to-Day Responsibilities May Include: Client Engagement: Collaborate with our sales and service teams to interact with clients, understand their needs, and contribute to tailored insurance solutions. Sales Support: Assist in sales activities such as prospect research, lead generation, and preparing client presentations. Policy Administration: Gain hands-on experience in managing policies, endorsements, renewals, and assisting in claims processing. Market Research: Contribute to market analysis and research projects, providing valuable insights for informed decision-making. Data Management: Assist in maintaining accurate client records, policy documentation, and other critical data. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues from different teams to gain exposure to various facets of insurance brokerage. Technical Training: Actively engage in workshops, training sessions, and seminars aimed at enhancing your skills and industry knowledge. Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project updates, findings, and recommendations to internal stakeholders. Qualifications Any of the following: High School Diploma or GED, College Graduates, Final Year College Students with an expected graduation date in 2025 A positive attitude and enthusiasm to learn the insurance industry Excellent verbal & written communication skills Strong organizational skills, adept at prioritizing and handling multiple tasks A collaborative team player with a desire to help others Independent and self-motivated, capable of autonomous work Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Outlook, etc Who We Are
