  Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative - Pharmaceutical Logistics

  We offer an exciting and dynamic place to work with lots of room to work independently.   World Courier's Customer Service Representatives are responsible for the end to end logistical coordination of complex, urgent and potentially life saving shipments every day. This position represents a fantastic development opportunity for an experienced logistics professional with strong customer service skills, motivated by solving problems and delivering exceptional service.

  Responsibilities

  Communication and contact with customers and prospects.Develop customer relationshipsPlan and execute shipment ordersPrepare and submit written quotes to customersProvide customer specific reportingBe a key player in booking and cutting waybillReceive and reply to enquiries via email, phones and throughout our internal IT systemMonitor and track ongoing shipments, react to any deviationsCommunicate temperature results asap after delivery, check and note any deviations.Work with regulations (ADR/DGR/IATA) as well as with local laws and guidelinesBuild and maintain relationships with other World Courier offices, clients, agents, airlines, handling agents and suppliers

  What your background should look like

  Minimum Skills, Knowledge and Ability Requirements:

  Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.Strong interpersonal skills, team player and quick learner.Strong organizational skills; attention to detail.Ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.Ability to represent a positive and professional image.Ability to learn fast in new platforms or systems.Ability to work independently and self-organized.

  Desired attributes:

  Native or fluent in Dutch required.Native or fluent in English required.Experience as Customer Service in a business to business industry required, experience in logistics or freight forwarding preferred.Graduate in fields such us International Trade, Logistics or similar preferred.Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry, or working with pharmaceutical shipments preferred.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
