Eaton's NAS North American Sales division is currently seeking a Distributor Sales Representative. This is a hybrid-based position and candidates for this role must reside within 50 miles of Clifton Park, NY location. Relocation assistance will be offered.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $67275.0 - $98670.0 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

Position Overview:
The primary function of Distributor Sales Representative is to manage the assigned channel to increase sales in the northeast marketplace. One will provide sales and product support to both distributors and internal personnel. This position will be responsible for directly interfacing with assigned distributors by providing a variety of sales support, administrative services, training and stocking suggestions. It is required to identify and coordinate training needs, product promotion administration, product and price information, as well as problem resolution in order to optimize Eaton electrical penetration and sales.

In this function you will:
Interface with assigned distributors by providing a variety of sales support and administrative servicesProvide sales and technical assistance Conduct on-site training for distributors on new products and Eaton processes Conduct local training and/or assisting in registration for Eaton University classesIdentify and coordinate training needs, product promotion, administration, product and price information Support achievement of sales goals and plans in the regionTrain distributors on how to use internal programs such as Vista, Bidmanager and CPA

Qualifications:
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institutionMinimum one (1) year of sales, sales support or marketing experience within the electrical industryPossess and maintain a valid & unrestricted driver's licenseMust be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future
