  WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  We are looking for a Distribution Planner who will participate in the Distribution Center (DC) operations in Customer Service Center (CSC). You will play a key role in leading operational excellence and delivering premium experience to our customers. The candidate will be in charge of "Run to Sequence(R2S) to ensure the order sequencing that secures wave sequence and fulfillment schedule meet the delivery schedule. You will monitor the operational flow, measure the progress and performance and then take the proper actions as needed.

  WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

  You will have a fast-paced and dynamic day-to-day experience. Your day will begin with checking the staffing plan of CSC operations and the backlog of orders to fulfill marketplace demand. Based on the calculated throughput capacity from the staffing plan, you will establish the daily production target connected with the weekly production plan. You will discuss hourly wave target with the wave planner and DC ops team and then you will monitor the entire inbound and outbound progress. Your standards-based action to improve throughput and productivity while managing the wave sequence will be welcomed. In addition, you will actively participate in communications related to DC operations. You will not only share order status and weekly/monthly processing targets with DC teams but also deliver DC teams' voices to the team to help build an accurate operation plan.

  WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

  You will report to Goods Flow Management Manager and work closely with various DC operations teams within the center , including CSC Operations, 3PL contractors, inventory control, facility, admin, and tech operations.

  WHAT YOU BRING

  Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain/Logistics or related fields preferredMinimum 2 years of related work experience in DC operations with knowledge of logistics operations, order sequencing and supply chain processes.Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. Requires effective communication (written and verbal) and teamwork skills to orchestrate the teams and roles. Language proficiency in English is a plus. High proficiency in Microsoft Office. Proficiency in SAP, Manhattan, and Business Intelligence (BI) solutions such as Tableau and ThoughtSpot is an added advantage.Strong analytical, organizational, decision-making and problem-solving skills. You are attentive to details, work well under pressure and able to meet deadlines.Self-motivated, curious, result-oriented and logical thinker
