We work in a collaborative environment witha differential focus on both professional and personal growth.The Director of Value-Based Payor Partnerships is a key member of this team,with primary responsibilities for leading cross-functional deal teams throughunderwriting, negotiation and execution of highly complex value-based carearrangements (shared risk, full capitation, pay-for-performance,etc.) with DaVita's payor partners.
