The IKC Director, Special Projects will report directly to the Group VicePresident, Integrated Kidney Care. This teammate will support thedevelopment of the business strategy, aggregating and synthesizinganalysis, partnering with various functions across the enterprise to drivestrategic planning, organizing management processes, businesscommunications internally and externally, and supporting employeeengagement.This teammate will operate on a national level, working withcentral business functions and operating teams across the country.
Location: Denver based, hybrid role (Tues, Wed & Thurs in office)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Support the GVP, Integrated Kidney Care in crafting and executing onstrategic imperativesOrganize Government IKC efforts and drive collaboration across lanesSupport internal/external communication by helping to craft and deliver keymessagesHighlight management process gaps or improvement opportunities, thenimplement solutionsLead critical projects working across multiple service lanes; monitormetrics, track progress of initiatives, and prepare presentations forsenior leadershipCollaborate across teams to perform analyses and synthesize resultsLead the development and improvement of a top performing teamWork across operational and innovation teams to advance best-in-classcapabilities in the market
Strategy & Project Execution:Manages and drives strategic and operational initiatives in collaboration withother teamsAble to structure ambiguous problems into clear workstreams and driveexecutionDevelops and communicates project scope, timeline, plan, resourcerequirements, and assumptionsCreates, implements, and drives adoption of processes and solutions tofurther clinical and business outcomesCommunicates project status updates and needs to senior leadership;prepares, reports, an manages against targets/goals including scope,schedule, metrics, and revenueTravel required: up to 25%This role is based in Denver
Education & Experience Requirements:Prior experience in Strategy, Consulting with Project Management or asimilar role supporting enterprise-level initiatives within healthcare orfinancial operations leadership.Bachelor's Degree required, MBA or graduate degree preferredAt least7 years of experience in a strategic or operational leadership roleA minimum of 2 years of project management experienceAdvanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint requiredPrior experience in healthcare services and/or working with payors,physician networks, value-based care models, and/or integrated caremodels preferred
