Job Description:
The Role
This role is part of the Fidelity Real Estate Company Technology Innovation Group (TIG), which is responsible for the development, implementation, support, and end-user training of multiple technology programs and across Fidelity's corporate real estate functions. The Director of Real Estate Technology is responsible for supporting the various technology solutions that optimize the Real Estate team's functions and impact the Fidelity associate experience as well as developing and improving the associated Real Estate business processes. The Director reports to the VP of TIG.
The Director, Real Estate Technology is responsible for:
Implementing and maintaining technology systems, tools and platforms; Interfacing with stakeholders across Real Estate to understand business and technology requirements for new and existing tools; Partnering with FREC business leaders and other cross-Fidelity Stakeholders including Enterprise Infrastructure & Operations, CTG, project delivery teams and external consultants.Developing and driving project and program plans based on a sound understanding of design objectives, future technology trends, capabilities, and challenges.Leading the TIG data team that manages our system integrations across our systems.
The systems, tools, platforms, processes, and initiatives under the Director's scope could change as priorities in the Real Estate organization shift.
