  Director, Product Management

  Overview:

  We are seeking a visionary and strategic Director of Product Management to lead the development and ownership of our Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Virtual Card (VCN) domain. You will play a key role in streamlining and automating our financial processes, improving efficiency, and unlocking new revenue streams through innovative solutions. This is a critical opportunity to shape the future of our financial operations and drive a positive impact across the organization.

  Responsibilities:

  • Define the product vision and roadmap for the AP, AR, and Virtual Card domain, aligning with overall business objectives and financial goals.

  • Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, operations, GTM) in the development and implementation of new AP, AR, and Virtual Card products and features.

  • Own the user experience for AP, AR, and Virtual Card functionalities, ensuring intuitive and efficient processes for all users.

  • Evaluate and recommend integration opportunities with existing financial systems and third-party platforms.

  • Develop and implement robust security and compliance protocols for the domain.

  • Manage data governance and ensure accurate financial reporting.

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the impact of product initiatives.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.

  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Stay ahead of emerging trends in finance technology and payment solutions.

  Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in product management.

  • Proven track record of successfully building and launching SaaS financial products and solutions.

  • Deep understanding of AP, AR, and Virtual Card processes and best practices.

  • Strong technical acumen and experience with modern financial technology platforms (ERP systems, payment gateways, etc.).

  • Experience working in an agile development environment.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

  Additional Information:

  • This role is hybrid, with the expectation of working in the Dublin, Ireland office at least 3 days per week.
