Overview

　　As the Director of Product Management for the TurboTax Platform, you will be responsible for shaping the vision and strategy for a platform that serves XXM customers across North America. You will define the capabilities and target state of the platform, to ensure we can support rapid iteration while scaling for future growth. You will collaborate with senior leadership and partners across multiple disciplines and organizations to create and improve processes and tools for cross-platform development for our global development teams. You will build the systems and infrastructure that powers our industry-leading products and services, which are crucial for Intuit's long term success.

　　This role is best suited for someone with a strong technical and product background who is passionate about defining and shipping cloud-based services at scale. You are comfortable making decisions with imperfect information and balancing precision with speed. You are experienced in building and leading a high performing PM team to its next phase of growth. You will leverage your expertise with technical products to inspire the team and attract top talent. This role is pivotal in influencing key stakeholders across the Intuit Tech Ecosystem and will report to the VP of TurboTax Foundations.

　　What you'll bring

　　You Have:

　　10+ years of experience in Product Management

　　10+ years of experience working collaboratively with subject matter experts, engineering and design teams

　　7+ years of experience hiring, managing, and developing PM teams. You should have a track record of successfully mentoring and developing product managers.

　　Experience in a consumer-focused technology company and with complex systems (both new and legacy), and balancing projects across multiple domains with interdependencies.

　　Strategic and tactical experience designing, building and executing scalable processes from scratch.

　　Ability to clearly articulate the value of developer and infrastructure-related technology initiatives and help our partner teams understand that value as it applies to the problems that they're looking to solve.

　　Experience managing build / buy / partner frameworks.

　　Reputation for evangelizing and scaling exciting cloud products.

　　Customer centric mentality and approach to product development.

　　Consistent track record of leading and influencing a Product-driven organization

　　You Will:

　　Lead a team through the ideation, development, and launch of innovative platform tools and services.

　　Recruit, mentor, and develop a high performing product management team.

　　Define long-term roadmaps and drive long-term scalability while balancing delivering on near-term results and product timelines.

　　Integrate company strategy, research and market analysis into platform requirements. Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of our platform.

　　Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform our platform strategy to ensure our solutions are competitive with external offerings and are evolving with changes in the industry.

　　Provide valuable input into TurboTax business decisions based on in-depth data analysis, and demonstrate how that analysis impacts key product metrics.
