   About the position: Director, People Partner - Walmart US Omni & Platforms Tech

  This is a Strategic Individual Contributor Role.

   You'll make an impact by...

  Determining HR strategy by understanding business goals, advising on change initiatives, assessing HR implications, and providing guidance to business leaders.Overseeing consistent execution of HR practices, systems, and activities through auditing, analyzing reports, resolving non-compliance, conducting observations and investigations, and delivering HR training.Providing overall direction by analyzing objectives, developing, and implementing strategies, evaluating processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and promoting a customer environment.Overseeing HR project management teams by supporting alignment and prioritization, approving readiness phase and budget, implementing performance controls, and ensuring development of project management methodologies.Monitoring talent management through implementing plans, monitoring workforce planning, acquiring, and retaining key talent, implementing diversity initiatives, analyzing data, driving performance management, and ensuring compliance with compensation programs.Developing strategies to attract and maintain a skilled workforce through diagnosing gaps, recruiting, and developing talent, supporting workforce development and succession planning, and leveraging capabilities.

  The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00

  Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

  Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

  - Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)

  - Stock equity incentives

  Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field and 5 years' experience in human resources or related area OR 7 years' experience in human resources or related area.

  1 year's supervisory experience.

  Managing a multi-unit operation, Master's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business or related field., PHR or SPHR certification., Project Management Certification, Project management experience
