　　Director of Product Strategy Job Description

　　Dow Jones is looking for a Director of Product Strategy to support our CXO. This position will identify growth opportunities and develop actionable plans to achieve long-term business objectives. Leveraging exceptional strategic thinking, analytical prowess, and visionary mindset, the Director of Strategy will collaborate closely with executive leadership to develop and implement high-impact strategies that drive growth, optimize performance, and ensure sustainable success in a rapidly evolving market. As the Product Strategy Director, you will have a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization, driving innovation, and delivering sustainable growth. This position is New York based.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Partner with the CXO to develop and refine the team's long-term vision, mission, and objectives. Lead the creation of comprehensive strategic plans that align with the company's core values and future aspirations. Create C-level presentations that drive decision making. Clearly communicate vision and value proposition to stakeholders. Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics to monitor the progress and success of strategic initiatives. Regularly analyze performance data to ensure alignment with organizational goals and facilitate data-driven decision-making. Identify potential risks and challenges to ensure the organization's strategic goals are being met. Monitor the progress of the organization's strategic initiatives and report updates to senior management and other stakeholders. Derive actionable insights from market research, competitive trends and industry sources. Prepare business plans and investment requests.

　　Requirements:

　　7+ years of success in strategic planning, business development, and execution at a senior management level. Experience with building business cases and getting stakeholders involved. Must be able to create persuasive, visually appealing presentations describing complex business opportunities. Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Strong attention to detail Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in strategy development and execution. Demonstrates clear and effective communication skills, with the capacity to inspire and align diverse teams toward a common strategic vision. Maintains confidential information with superior judgment and discretion. Visionary thinker with a future-oriented perspective, anticipating market shifts and identifying new growth opportunities. Exceptional problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to navigate complex challenges and deliver effective solutions.
