　　EPAM is looking for technically hands-on Director of Solution Architecture and Technology Consulting to be part of our exciting growth in Germany to work from our Berlin or Frankfurt offices. You will partner closely with the local and European leadership teams to help drive key existing and future client projects.

　　The role requires a strong background in client technology consulting, solution architecture, software development, client engagement and stakeholder management resulting in new wins and increased footprint in strategic accounts.

　　Responsibilities Act as a Senior Technology Leader in the implementation of Architecture solutions from establishing project requirements and goals to solution "go-live" Drive Technology Consulting and Solution Architecture services across multiple industry sectors Use your experience as a hands-on technologist to demonstrate strong credibility working with engineering teams and up to CxO level both at EPAM and with our clients Take an active role in aligning closely with EPAM's wider leadership teams to help shape the business/technology/strategic direction and footprint across multiple clients projects with varying degrees of maturity Participate in the full cycle of pre-sales/RFP activities to help generate new business Lead multi-disciplinary teams locally and across wider regions Provide consulting services covering areas such as architectural review, audit, architectural road-mapping and technical governance across multiple projects Formulate and present technology business cases across architecture, technology, strategy, IT organisational change management Share network and knowledge both within the local/global Technology Consulting and Solution Architecture Practice Identify new business opportunities and build out relevant solutions Requirements Fluent German language skills are essential A Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or similar or relevant work experience Industry visionary, avid technologist at heart and a senior proven leader who can drive a Technology Consulting/Solution Architecture capability in a large consulting organisation Good industry experience, ideally in one or two core industry sectors such as Banking/Financial Services, Automotive, Insurance, Retail, Telecoms, Life Sciences, Government, Manufacturing etc with excellent understanding of major functional capabilities and common platform solutions across those sectors Proven experience acting as a hands-on Senior/Lead/Chief Architect, Director of Technology Consulting/Architecture or CTO with a strong foundation in software engineering (Java, .Net), platform delivery, architecture design, digital transformation and partnering with teams up to CxO level Experience with Microservice based architecture, designing enterprise services or integration capabilities using REST APIs and event-driven technology as well as leveraging native Cloud services (Azure, AWS or GCP) Strong experience in leading multi-disciplinary projects teams and delivering technology streams for large scale complex transformation projects whilst being able to help clients make the right technology choices for the ultimate success of their business Excellent client-facing / onsite experience with the ability to influence and guide senior management on technical solutions combined with a consultative, problem solving approach Able to think outside the box, drive end-to-end initiatives and engagements, understand the complexity and relative timeframes of creating a roadmap for replacing a core capability in a global multinational organisation Pre-sales experience with the ability to act in an advisory capacity to senior level client management whilst executing and leading on rapid conceptual designs, proof-of-concepts and client presentations Well-versed in development of Enterprise and Solution Architecture, including governance, business drivers, technology and change management Deep understanding of architecture qualities such as: security, scalability, resiliency and availability in high performance low latency systems Any recognitions from industry bodies with regards to relevant industry domain, technology, or delivery frameworks and methodologies (e.g. IASA Certified IT Architect, Open Group Certified Architect etc) We Offer EPAM Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) 30 days holiday per annum Company Pension Scheme Competitive compensation depending on experience and skills Regular performance assessments Opportunities for personal and professional growth Unlimited access to LinkedIn learning solutions Friendly and enjoyable working team Relocation package support Regular corporate and social events Flexible and remote working opportunities All benefits and perks are subject to specific eligibility requirements About EPAM EPAM is a leading global provider of digital platform engineering and development services.
