We’re looking for a Director of Product to lead a team of PMs building Niantic's next generation digital map and geospatial services. This is a foundational pillar to Niantic's strategy and vision for bringing to life spatial computing experiences that will make our world more accessible, engaging, and entertaining for everyone.

　　Responsibilities

　　Develop and articulate a compelling product strategy and vision. Lead a team through the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products. Drive product development with a team of world-class engineers and designers. Attract, build, manage, and develop a talented, diverse, equitable and inclusive team of product managers and product leaders. Establish shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution. Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction. Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products. Understand Niantic's strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are recognized best in the industry. Collaborate with cross-functional team members and stakeholders, including regular and reliable attendance and participation in meetings. Required in-office 2 days on Tuesday and Wednesday. Qualifications 12+ years of experience in Product Management and/or Product Design. 12+ years of experience working collaboratively with engineering, design, user research, marketing and go-to-market teams. 5+ years of experience hiring, managing, and developing individual contributors. Critical thinking and analytical leadership experience. Experience presenting to senior executive audiences. Ability to work in a fast-paced hybrid environment and handle stress appropriately and/or ability to solve practical problems and be sufficiently adaptable to handle dynamic situations with little advance notice. Experience working on cross-functional teams with ability to communicate effectively through written and verbal communications, including synchronous interactions with others. BA/BS in computer science, engineering, business administration or equivalent experience. Plus If... Experience with geospatial, spatial computing or real-time 3D map solutions. Experience with computer vision or AR. Experience building developer products or services(SDKs). The total compensation package for this position includes a new hire offer base salary range of $252,000 - $280,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.

　　Individual pay within this salary range is determined by work location and additional factors, including assessed job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
