What is the role?
This is an impactful exciting role as the face of PTFS to new and existing customers! You will ultimately manage the overall operations of PTFS' four business units to include new customer implementations. You will also act as the liaison between leadership and onsite field operations.
We are a hybrid work location company. Applicant must live in the Washington DC Metro Area and must be able to commute to our Rockville Corporate Office.
About You:
Outgoing and dynamic personality. Must be able to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders at all levels; develop meaningful relationships with client reps and be able to brief on contract performance.Minimum of seven (7)) years' experience managing IT projects, preferably implementing, and supporting SaaS software solutionsExperience working with and knowledge of federal government contracts.Develop project management processes to implement new Knowvation Content Management system sales efficiently and effectively.Experience implementing new COTS and integrated COTS solutions rapidly and efficiently for 12 or more new customers per year. Ability to manage ongoing customer cloud-based content management projects, from initial customer engagement through operations. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills and the ability to build consensus among peers while building solid relationships with customers. U S Citizen only. (Active TS clearance preferred)Bachelor's degree. Undergraduate Business or MBA degree preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Initially support a dual role as Knowvation and Systems Integration Division Director and Director of Operations.Manage customer relationships.Develop and implement plans to expand the workforce across all four PTFS divisions.Manage a growing number of Knowvation installations, implementation, configuration and support.Organize and drive kick-off meetings for new projects.Directly manage contracts and project managers to include software installations in the cloud or on-prem, project delivery, tracking and oversight, quality, requirements/change management, client interface, etc.Manage the growth and hiring process as the company expands its business base.Ensure adherence to customer regulations and policies as well as company process, procedures, and practices.Interface with other functional areas in support of project execution (Security, HR, IT and operational divisions).Support the new business development team to include proposal support.
