We’re looking for an enthusiastic Director of Projects and Automation to oversee our Project & Automation Engineers. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate who is a strong and experienced leader, is motivated by the opportunity to mentor others, and always willing to get hands-on and serve as a Senior Resource for large complex projects and large co-managed clients.
You are not only responsible to ensure that the members of this team have the training, tools, and guidance needed to succeed, but to make sure the department is running efficiently, and you are always looking for ways to improve process and experience. As the internal Subject Matter Expert on the MS Power Platform, you will be looked to for guidance and advice on how best to use these tools to reduce labor and manual tasks.
You will work closely with the other members of our Service Leadership Team to work collaboratively and cohesively across our entire Operations Department. Primary Responsibilities
Keeping all your department’s processes aligned with the goals of the company
Providing technical guidance and support to your team
Working both “On” and “In” the Professional Services Department
Overseeing the development of internal automation projects using the MS Power Platform
Delivering timely communication, setting clear expectations, and executing on the vision for the department in alignment with the vision of the company
Oversight of the design and implementation of technical project work
Provides strategic consultation and senior level technical expertise for co-managed clients
Management of Project Engineers, Automation Engineers and Dedicated Technical Resources
Maximization of departmental profitability and procedural efficiencies
Contributes to cross-functional initiatives as a member of the Service Leadership Team

Qualifications
Minimum of 3 Years experience managing a Dept of least 3 other technical resources
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Windows Systems Administration
Experience with Cloud Productivity Suites, including O365/M365
Experience with IaaS, including Azure
Experience leveraging the MS Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) tools to reduce labor or improve efficiencies
Ability to facilitate issue resolution with technical staff and senior management internally
Experience advising C-Level on Technology Strategies
Knowledge of applicable laws, guidelines or regulations as they relate to IT
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication and presentation skills across organizational boundaries
Ability to work with a range of technical staff to develop joint solutions
Experience working at an MSP a plus
Hours: Full Time Monday – Friday Regular Schedule
Compensation: $100,000 to $120,000 DOE
