Job Description:
Summary:
This director is responsible for leading the HR PMO that will focus on HR's compliance improvement execution, stability and continuous improvement. This individual is responsible for developing and evolving the processes through which all project prioritization and development is completed. Improves productivity of department through effective delegation, serving as subject matter expert on multiple and complex business activities. Demonstrates perspective and critical thinking that is cross functional, extending beyond immediate area of responsibility. Communicates status of all HR projects to senior staff, including well developed observations, solutions and recommendations based on strong critical thinking skills. Challenges the status quo by evaluating situations from multiple facets. Manages staff training, development and performance in area of responsibility. Develops relationships, expanding leadership influence to accomplish results through others.
Creates a culture of effective risk management, accountability, and demonstration of risk awareness across the organization.
Major Responsibilities:
Develops and reviews plans, analyzing workflow, establishes priorities, resolves blockers.Meets with department heads, managers, supervisors, vendors, and others, to solicit cooperation and resolve problems.Refines processes used to take projects from concept through implementation using the SAFE framework.Engages in continuous improvement with team to realize increased value to the organization.
Qualifications:
Education
Bachelors Degree in Business or Engineering (Minimum)
Work Experience
10+ years Project Management and/or Lean or Safe experience (Minimum)4+ years Financial Services (Preferred)
In Lieu of Education Experience
12+ years Project Management and/or Lean or Safe experience (Minimum)

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $150,500.00 to $228,900.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
