What you'll bring
Strong business and technology acumen-able to quickly learn the business and make talent and org decisions which Impact business outcomes10+ years' experience in a senior HR leadership role partnering with officers and executives. Preference would be someone who has been working at a senior HR level and is ready for the next great challenge in their career. How you will lead
Partner with the SVPs of Product Development of Platform Acceleration Group and Chief Architect as well as their Senior Leadership Team to deliver HR strategies, programs and operating mechanisms (performance, annual employee survey, organization, talent and pay reviews, etc.)Leverage deep understanding of the business strategy to provide expert insight and leadership into organizational effectiveness and talent planning and developmentWork with senior leaders to identify, develop and hire the right senior level talent to support the business strategyPartner and coach the SVPs, Senior Leadership Leader and rest of the Leadership Team to grow leadership capability at all levelDevelop a high performing organization and strong leadership bench, with a focus on VP and Director Talent.Champion Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.Drive improvement in key people metrics, including Employee Engagement, Internal Mobility and Attrition. Help the business achieve the goal of >85% Engagement, >65% Internal Mobility and no Regrettable Losses.Grow and develop HRBP talent across People and Places organization.Encourage, motivate and guide individuals and teams in learning and improving effectivenessPlay an active role in delivering on People and Places Priorities.Drive successful organizational change and help coach leaders and teams to be successful at Change LeadershipBe a leader teacher, facilitate team building sessions as well as other training sessions to improve organizational capabilities and/or social architectureEnsure clear priorities are set (and executed on) for developing a High Performing OrganizationProvide data-driven leadership that supports the organization with actionable insights to enable data-driven decisions Build and nurture strong partnerships with People and Places COE leaders and HR Line Leaders
