Job Summary
As the Director of Digital Operations Acquisition, you will lead the strategy, implementation, and operations of the digital acquisition sales platform. You will focus on the delivery of offer releases, improving shopper-to-order conversion, and rely on data to make strategic decisions.
Responsibilities
Digital Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy for the acquisition ecommerce flow, aligning with organizational goals and offer releases. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is critical.Conversion Rate Optimization: Lead efforts to optimize the shopper-to-order conversion rate, leveraging data insights and testing.Improve process automation: identify, evaluate, and implement process automation solutions to streamline the digital workflows and enhance efficiency in the operations. Collaborate with IT and other departments to reduce fallout and integrate automation improvements.Customer journey: Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer journey, focusing on critical touchpoints. Work closely with digital peers and marketing teams to ensure a thought-out and continuous journey for customers.Platform availability: Ensure the availability and reliability of the ecommerce buy flow, collaborating with technical and sales teams to minimize downtime and address issues promptly.Retargeting Efforts: oversee retargeting efforts to convert potential customers who have abandoned the digital platforms but did not complete the purchase through email and text tactics. Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies.Communication to Senior Leadership: Provide regular updates to senior leadership team on the performance of digital strategies, highlighting achievements and proposed solutions through presentations and insights utilizing data-driven decision-making. Team support: lead a team of managers to provide support to ecommerce agents, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment. Provide all necessary materials to ensure the success of the digital sales team.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Masters preferred)Telecommunication Experience PreferredProven experience (8+ years) in digital sales with a strong focus on automation, process optimization, and customer satisfactionPrevious experience in a leadership or management role, with a track record of delivering tangible results in digital sales yield improvementExpertise in online sales, ticketing platforms, and understanding of the lower ecommerce funnelComprehension of entire digital journey and holistic view of ecommerceExcellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilitiesDemonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and fosters collaborationsProven experience in enhancing customer satisfaction through process improvementPassionate about innovation, continuous improvement, and leveraging technology to drive business successProactive and adaptable to fast-paced and dynamic environment
