　　EPAM is looking for a highly technical, proactive, and people-smart Director, Data Delivery Management to join the UK Data & Analytics Practice in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex data programs, projects, multiple workstreams across various domains, and work with both local delivery team and delivery team globally.

　　Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end client delivery from initiation through the entire project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery in line with EPAM processes Manage customer relationships and expectations, representing delivery at the governance level Coordinate multiple activity streams and clients, ensuring seamless delivery across all aspects, including finance, sourcing, implementation, and business outcomes Work closely with multi-disciplined teams of product owners, architects, engineers, and quality assurance to drive estimates, delivery plans and retrospectives. Identify and manage engagement risks and flag major issues early Proactively identify and manage engagement risks, escalating major issues early on Participate in business development efforts for both existing clients and new projects, continuously identifying new opportunities Requirements
