Why Lytx:

　　The Director, Business Advisory will make an impact to our growth by defining, supporting, and driving the enterprise business systems investment strategy! This role will lead engagements with key team members to identify, prioritize and deliver on initiatives to improve business outcomes. The Director will lead, mentor, and manage a team, who provide portfolio management, standard methodology consultation, and product management/solution delivery for our enterprise systems client base. This strategic role is key in leading ongoing Digital Transformation initiatives!

　　 You'll Get To:

　　· Lead the governance process for enterprise systems product roadmap, communicating business vision internally and presenting strategic direction, including prioritized initiatives.

　　· Lead a team of team Solution Consultants to evaluate, define and deliver products and strategies to improve business operations and customer experience.

　　· Work cross functionally with business leaders across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Business Technology, and Engineering to establish initiative investment goals and resourcing plans for future releases and measure outcomes from current initiatives.

　　· Lead the iterative transition and process maturity around Lean Portfolio Management

　　· Champion a Lean-Agile approach while transitioning to a Value Stream based, product delivery model

　　· Partner across the organization to mature the capabilities and skills needed to excel in a customer-centric organization.

　　· Identify and overcome barriers in scaling the enterprise systems organization in partnership with technical leadership

　　 What You'll Need:

　　· 10 + years of experience leading organizations to deliver enterprise system programs.

　　· 3+ years operating in a Scaled Agile based environment in a portfolio leadership role

　　· 10 years of experience directly supervising experienced teams.

　　· 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager/Owner in a global development environment

　　· Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, both verbal and written

　　· Proven experience implementing software delivery standard methodologies

　　· Bachelor Degree in a technical subject area

　　· Salesforce implementation experience a plus

　　· Analytics experience a plus

This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan. The expected hiring salary for this position is:
