ROLE SUMMARY
The Director Business Process Analyst will lead the transformation of our commercial model by enabling the implementation of new processes and platforms through detailed assessment and optimization of future processes, platforms and ways of working.
Their responsibilities are anchored around supporting CMO (Chief Marketing Office) initiatives across the Biopharma organization. These initiatives are industry-leading, with lightspeed timelines and breakthrough goals.
Examples of work delivered by Director Business Process Analysts includes process maps, detailed technical requirements and user stories to enable the implementation of new processes and platforms.
These roles take on the most complex global transformation projects, with the highest level of complexity requiring the implementation of totally new data, process and technology. Examples include the implementation of cutting-edge technology such as GenAI and AI.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Coaching and guidance to the Senior Manager Business Process Analysts within the team to support them with delivery of their goals, guiding them through ambiguity and problem-solving the most complex challengesAbility to interact with VP+ commercial stakeholders to surface their business needs and translate them into process and platform requirements, ready for implementationClose collaboration with Business Process Designers and Commercial leaders to identify and analyze process design scenarios, and map the design to detailed requirementsProcess mapping and analysis of operational data to optimize operational Biopharma ways of workingFacilitation of working sessions including preparation of supporting materials to drive decision-makingDevelopment of business requirements and user stories for new platforms and processes in an agile iterative way
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree with 10 years plus of experienceAnalytical problem solving capabilitiesPossess a high energy level, strong sense of urgency, creativity, decisiveness, ability to work hard and to operate under pressure in ambiguous environmentsCreative problem solver, demonstrated track record of exemplary performance, organized and detail-oriented with the ability to handle competing priorities and work well under pressureWorking knowledge of agile methodologies and delivery of user stories in JiraProven ability as player-coach to support more junior team members on the most complex programs while interacting with senior stakeholders and translating their business needs into actionable process and platform requirements

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $144,900.00 to $241,500.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program. The annual base salary for this position in Tampa, FL ranges from $130,400.00 to $217,300.00.
